What the Whitby Family pride ourselves on is ensuring we farm using the best possible farming practices.
We have our pedigree cattle grazing different pastures, which allows them to grow and mature naturally so all our animals are ethically farmed to the highest welfare standards, which provide us with great tasting and tender meats.

Our Meats

We dry age all our beef and lamb on the bone. Our beef is aged for a minimum of 28 days with our lamb dry aged for a minimum 7 days. By allowing the meat to age like this it helps create the tender ever lasting flavour.
